Sample Sending

A sample sending order records the physical swatches you send to a customer, together with the courier and delivery details. It's how you keep track of which samples went where, and whether they've arrived.

Create a sending order

Go to Sample Sending → New.

Line items

Click Add sample and pick fabrics from your library. Each line carries the sample's image, code and specs; set the quantity of swatches and an optional note per line.

TIP

Use the status field to track fulfilment: move a dispatch from Created to Processing when it's packed, and to Finished once it's delivered.

Open a dispatch order to:

  • Print a packing/dispatch document
  • Share a link to the order
  • Edit the lines, courier details or status

The detail view groups the client and dates, the courier and receiver block, and the full list of dispatched samples.

The list is searchable by document number, client or tracking number, and filterable by status. Each row shows the client, date, courier and tracking, item count and status.
