Sample Basket
The sample basket is a temporary collection. Add samples to it as you browse the library, then act on them as a group — instead of opening each one individually.
Why use the basket
- Gather a selection for one customer or one inquiry
- Keep a working shortlist while you browse
- Act on several samples at once rather than one by one
Add samples to the basket
Open any sample from the library and choose Add to basket. You can keep browsing and add more — they all collect in the same basket.
Open the basket
Go to Sample Basket from the Samples menu. You'll see every sample you've added as a grid of cover images with code and name. From here you can:

| Open | Click a sample to view its full record |
| Remove | Drop a single sample from the basket |
| Clear basket | Empty the basket in one step |
The header shows a live count of how many samples are in the basket.
TIP
The basket is for collecting and acting on a group. To send samples to a customer, use Share Samples Publicly; to track stock, see Inventory.
